SUMMARY:NRA Range Safety Officer
DESCRIPTION:Registration closed.   \nNRA Range Safety Officer Develops NRA Certified Range Safety Officers with the knowledge\, skills\, and attitude essential to organizing\, conducting\, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations. \nAttendees must be age 21 or above. This course is nine hours long and is conducted in a classroom and at a shooting facility. Range Safety Officer candidates will learn roles and responsibilities of an RSO; Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); range inspection; range rules; range briefings; emergency procedures; and firearm stoppages and malfunctions. Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide\, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure\, an NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure and a Course Evaluation form. \nThe fee for the course is 85.00.  Members of the Duncannon Sportsmen’s Association\, veterans and first responders receive a $10.00 discount.  The fee for members of the U.S. military on active duty is $50.00. \nYou can register for this course at: \nhttps://www.nrainstructors.org/CourseDetails.aspx?Courseid=868465 \nRegistration may be finalized and payment made at:  https://criticaledge.us/make-a-payment/
